In which Chloe talks about tummy pains...

...and in other, non-sound related news:

I have stopped feeling like death.

Mid-afternoon Wednesday I started to feel nauseous. My head started to ache and my stomach started to cramp. It came and went throughout the evening and I spent most of Wednesday night tossing and turning and on the verge of vomiting. Thursday morning came and it was worse. In fact, it didn't abate all day. My stomach was swollen and I felt AWFUL. I had no reason to feel like that, nothing which could have triggered it, but I did. I bought some effervescent health salts at lunch and it sort of helped...took painkillers for the headache which didn't touch it. By the time home-time came, I was in serious pain and considering a trip to the hosiptal. I walked home and crawled into bed and fell asleep.

Phil came round at 7 and by this time I was feeling better. I'd only managed a slimfast shake during the day but I did eat a bit of plain pasta and a plain pitta bread, washed down with more health salts. After CSI, I drifted off to sleep finally, clutching a hot water bottle and slept all the way through to my alarm at 7.

And I felt fine! No more nausea, no more cramps and my head feels ok. HURRAH! And a good thing too, as I have an exciting weekend ahead of guests, dancing, drinking, food, Rocky Horror and metal!

On a final note, I'm very happy that the new ALDI is opening on London Road on 19th March. It's been a year in the waiting, but finally it will happen. Yay for good quality, good priced food!
